HMK Mining was founded in 2022 by three industry professionals with decades of combined experience in geological surveying, project development, claim staking, and regulatory navigation. What started as a Quebec-centric exploration services group has, in three years, grown into a North American project generator with active properties in seven U.S. states and across Eastern Canada.
A project generator identifies prospective ground, secures it through claim staking or option agreements, packages it with the technical work, GIS, and historical data needed to make it credible — and then sells, options, or joint-ventures it to publicly listed exploration and mining companies.
